  I visit start bucks often to study. This is the worst location I have ever been too.. The whole morning staff on Monday September 19, 2016 around 10AM were horrible. I ordered coffee and a bagel. It took 30 minutes to get my coffee because they forgot. Then I went to get cream and they were out. I told the staff and this one girl in particular ignored me. She's light skin with long hair. she was wearing a bun on the top of her head and the rest of her hair was down in the back. I understand they are busy, but if someone ask you a question then you should answer and not ignore it. When they finally got more cream they wanted ME to take it to the condiment table... I will not be back to this location.

  Stood in a 3 person line this morning at 6:15am, I was second in line. The guy in front of me ordered and moved on... this means I'm next. Nope, the rep acted like I was not there and took the order of the girl behind me. The girl behind me told the barista that I was next and she still ignored me and told her to come to the other register so she could ring her up. I was and still am floored at this and she is lucky I didn't go off on her. But I will say something to Starbucks and her manager.
