  I made two trips to the store last weekend both times the food turned out to be cold and soggy. French toast sticks were hard as a rock. To top it off they charged my card three times for an order I didn't place! I called spoke to two managers that promised to have the general manager call me Tuesday. I received no call. I then called myself to find out that she was never informed about the incident. I was then told to get a bank statement and bring it in to get my money back. I attempted to call today to do this seeing as it's the weekend and I have to work during the week and was told that once again she won't be back until Monday. I've then asked for the owner's name and phone number and was put on hold and left on hold for over an hour when I hung up and tried to call back the line stayed busy for over 3 hours. Obviously they had no intention of helping me or giving me back my money. I used to go out of my way to come to this location used to be good food and good service. not anymore they obviously do not care about their customers. I will not be back.
